• All points, badges, and rankings are virtual and have NO monetary value
• Points cannot be exchanged for cash, prizes, or any real-world value

• We do not guarantee the accuracy of any predictions or outcomes

5. User-Generated Content

You may submit content including votes, comments, profile information, and other materials ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you:

• Grant TruthVote a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your User Content in connection with the Service
• Represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit the content
• Acknowledge that User Content may be visible to other users
• Understand that we may remove or modify User Content at our discretion

You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the license granted above.

You agree NOT to:

• Attempt to manipulate votes or rankings through automated means, multiple accounts, or coordinated behavior
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data
• Collect or harvest user information without consent
• Encourage or assist others in violating these Terms

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, including its design, features, content, logos, and trademarks, is owned byTruthVote and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without written consent
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

We respect intellectual property rights and will respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Informal Resolution: Before filing a formal dispute, you agree to contact us at info@truthvote.io to attempt to resolve the issue informally. We will work in good faith to resolve your concerns.

Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if eligible.

Class Action Waiver: YOU AGREE THAT ANY ARBITRATION OR PROCEEDING SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE DISPUTE BETWEEN US AND YOU INDIVIDUALLY. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
